Our team has been busy exploring the world as destinations re-open. Cindy just returned from a cruise through the Greek Isles on the new line, Atlas Ocean Voyages.

Challenges: Ports and countries can change at any time. We learned upon arriving in Egypt that Egypt had denied entry to the ship. Atlas reacted quickly and handled it well. A plane was chartered to transport passengers over to Greece so we could embark.

What made the trip special: Seeing the monuments without any crowds, sailing on a ship at 35% capacity, interacting with the warm and welcoming people of Greece.

Key Lessons Learned: Take any required tests as close to departure as possible. An extra day of validity can go a long way when flights are canceled and/or rerouted.

Hawaii governor invites visitors to return on November 1. Hawaii Gov. David Ige said Tuesday that visitors will be welcomed back to Hawaii and nonessential travel can resume starting Nov. 1. Ige said, "Our hospitals are doing better, and we have fewer Covid patients in them. Canada's government, provinces agree to a COVID-19 vaccine travel passport. Canada's federal government and the 10 provinces have agreed on a standard COVID-19 electronic vaccination passport allowing domestic and foreign travel, government officials told reporters while sharing updates on other Canadian support programs.
